Dr. Bear's Stethoscope

Once upon a time, little Oliver visited the clinic for his yearly wellness checkup. In the waiting room were colorful building blocks and a big fish tank. When the nurse called his name, Dr. Bear smiled warmly. "Let's see how big and strong you have grown, Oliver!" Dr. Bear weighed Oliver on the scale: whoosh, look how tall! Then Dr. Bear warmed the cold metal stethoscope in her palm: "Let's listen to your superhero heartbeat!" Dr. Bear placed it on Oliver's chest: lub-dub, lub-dub, went Oliver's strong little heart! Dr. Bear let Oliver listen through the earpieces: lub-dub! Oliver giggled. A quick peek in the ears with a little flashlight, a gentle tap on the knees, and checkup was complete! Dr. Bear handed Oliver a shiny gold star sticker: "You are growing healthy and strong, little hero!"
